Proof-of-Funds & Financial Documents

For higher-value auction purchases we may ask you to provide proof of funds — for example a recent bank statement or confirmation of a pre-authorized wire. We use these documents only to verify your ability to complete a purchase before we bid. We do not sell or share them, we limit access to staff who need it to serve you, and we retain them only as long as needed for the transaction and our legal/record-keeping obligations. You may ask us to delete this information once your transaction is complete, subject to those obligations.
